Students must write a paper on what it means to be a black belt, their own personal interpretation.  They can hit on
topics like, how does a black belt act, or, what does it mean to be a black belt.  They might cite certain examples of
black belt performance, both in themselves and in others.  The paper is left open to the view of the students, trusting
that they have learned the meaning of the black belt already, and knowing that a black belt stands for something
slightly different to everyone.  The paper should be at least a page long, single-spaced, and have 12-point, Arial or
Times New Roman font.
