We are always looking to grow the abilities of our students. That means bringing the best to teach at our school. This list includes instructors that have taught via seminar and residency, as well as former staff members that have moved on to other work.



Mr. Jesse Trader



Former Instructor



Mr. Jesse Trader is one of the highest-ranked graduates of our academy. During his tenure, he acted as both Instructor and Manager.



Sensei Ramsey Veitch



Guest Lecturer



With decades of experience in both Aikido and other arts, Sensei Ramsey Veitch is the Head Instructor of Impulse Martial Arts in Easton, PA.



Senseis Nick & AJ Gaudynski



Guest Lecturers



Nick and AJ Guardynski are the head instructors at Wisconsin Sport Aikido Club. They have decades of experience not only in Aikido, but also in Karate and Kobudo.



Guro Peter Sorce



Guest Lecturer



Guro Peter Sorce runs Sorce Martial Arts in Milwaukee, WI. He is a Guro in Inayan Eskrima, 6th Degree Black Belt is Taekwondo, and 2nd degree black belt in Danzan Ryu Jujitsu.



Master Ben West



Guest Lecturer



Master Ben West is a 4th degree black belt in taekwondo and an International Kukkiwon Master. He runs Decatur Martial Arts.



Master David Popper



Guest Lecturer



Master David Popper is a 4th degree black belt in taekwondo with more than two decades of experience. He is the Head Instructor of MAI North.



Grandmaster Scot Conway



Guest Lecturer



GM Conway is a 9th Degree Black Belt and the founder of Guardian Kempo Kajuko Do. He a published author with more than 50 books!



Professor Scott Burr



Guest Lecturer



A second degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Steve Maxwell, Professor Burr has more than 5 professional MMA fights under his belt. He is the Head Instructor of Enclave Jiu-Jitsu.



Sensei Jason Brick



Guest Lecturer



Sensei Brick is a life-long practitioner and published author with many great works on subjects adjacent or directly related to the martial arts.



Sifu Jacob Arenstein



Guest Lecturer



Sifu Jacob Arenstein has more than 25 years of experience in Kung Fu, Shin Shin Jujitsu, Judo, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Hapkido, and Wing Chun. He is the Head Instructor of Spring Martial Arts.



Grand Master James Park



Guest Lecturer



GM James Park is a 9th degree black belt and 1st Class Kukkiwon Master. He is also a World Champion and the Head Instructor of Park's Taekwondo!



Grand Master Ki Moon Kwon



Guest Lecturer



GM Ki Moon Kwon is a former World Champion, Asian Games Champion, and Korean National Champion, as well as the former head coach of the U.S. National Team. He heads World Champion Taekwondo.



Master Jason Zakrajsek



Guest Lecturer



Jason Zakrajsek is a Kuk Sul Do master and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu professor with more than thirty years of martial arts experience. He is the Head Instructor of Chagrin Falls Jiu-Jitsu and Kuk Sul Do.



Master Jin Yu



Former Resident



A collegiate national champion and former member of the Vision University Demonstration Team.



Mr. Chung Sup Maeng



Former Resident



Mr. Maeng is a 3rd degree black belt. He competed extensively in his youth and while in the Korean military.



Mr. Trevor Olds



Former Instructor



The first black belt to graduate from RPMA, Mr. Trevor has many years of martial arts and teaching experience. He is also a certified fight choreographer.
