Rising Phoenix Live

Rising Phoenix Live is a great way to keep connected with the community during extended absences and provides the unique
opportunity for students to train long distance.  This membership consists of two, thirty-minute classes a week, and currently
we have three options to train: Tuesday at 12:00 PM, Thursday at 6:00 PM, and Saturday at 4:30 PM.

The primary focus of classes is to keep students active and engaged while learning new techniques and honing overall
ability.  Classes will typically be broken down into three parts, covering stretching, calisthenics, and the exercise of the day,
but to complete the full, fifty-minute workout, which is required for attendance, students must do twenty minutes of self-study,
reviewing any of their rank-specific curriculum (e.g. forms, defenses, terminology & philosophy).  

We use Zoom for our meetings.  Once enrolled, you will be provided with the required meeting ID and password.  Please join
the lobby ten minutes before class.  This allows everyone to get situated, but also gives students a little time to socialize with
their fellow dojangmates.
